At Dhall Puri Factory, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As our items are frozen food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
